1. Summary
Apolaki helps you understand whether solar makes sense for your home. To do that we process your electricity bill, your location, and the choices you make in the app. We share a profile with an installer only when you explicitly choose to, and only in anonymised form until you connect. We never sell your data, and we don't run ads.

We do not collect data we don't need, and bill images are processed for the assessment and not retained on the device after upload.
3. How we use it
- To produce your solar readiness report.
- To connect you with an installer after you consent (your profile is anonymised until you choose to connect).
- To operate, secure, and improve the app.
4. Sharing
- Installers: only the readiness profile, only after you grant consent. Identifying details are withheld until you choose to connect. We mediate the relationship — installers do not receive your raw contact details to use outside Apolaki.
- Service providers: hosting/analytics under contract, bound to protect your data.
- We do not sell personal data.
5. Your rights (RA 10173 — Philippine Data Privacy Act)
You may access, correct, object to processing of, or request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact privacy@apolaki.app. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
6. Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Data is encrypted in transit; access is restricted.
7. Children
Not directed to children under 18.
8. Changes
We'll post changes here and update the effective date.
